Isolation and Mental Health

Health and Physical Education teachers play an important role in the wellness of students in adjusting to the new daily routines of this school year.

During remote learning, a school assignment led a Toronto teen to capture the theme of isolation and mental health in a powerful three-minute film she entitled Numb.

“There’s no structure, no friends to motivate me, I’m just in my room all day everyday,” she told HuffPost Canada over Instagram.

Against the stirring soundscape of “My Tears Are Becoming A Sea,” the young filmmaker’s final shots are impressive.







Mental health and physical health

Mental health is one of the key for overall health condition. It could affect physical health condition and even affect your capability as well.
Have you ever felt stomachache or had bowel issue when you got really nervous ?
Have you ever had experience even not-able-to-talk in front of someone ?
Can you do anything you usually can do in a big game ?

Mental conditions really affect to your body. It could be temporary, or it could become longer period of time.
In order to avoid those issues, we need to keep good mental health condition.

How to keep good mental health, how to avoid issues from mentalism ?

If you feel stress from something you can avoid, you can just get rid of it.
If you feel stress from something you can't avoid, how to deal with it ?

It depends on what is the stress from, although most of stress are from your desire and not able to satisfy what you want.
If you have a clear objective or a clear goal, and if it is appropriate, just go for it. Even if it is not easy to achieve and if there difficulties, just solve difficulties one by one and get closer to the goal step by step.

If your stress related with some people surrounding yourself, For example, your mom feel stress because you don't do things correctly. And you feel stress because fussy mom. How to deal with this issue ?
If you can do things corectly, your mom would be more friendly to you.
And if you see your mom's smile, it could motivate yourself to do things correctly.
It would be more positive feedback between your mom and yourself.

But in real life, things are more complicated and not easy to solve like that.
But, if there some link or some loop between each people's stress like the example above, it could be avoided by understanding each others. Sometimes, releasing emotion could relieve your stress, althogh there some risk if you really emotional against people.
If you upset, and if you do something or say something in the anger, it could be going wrong more often. Do you think that if you say something with anger, are really understandable ? Most of time, it would be none of sense whatever you say. It could be worse after that anyway.

If you are in calm mental condition, if you stay cool, it would be more understand your friend/partner/opponent and understandable words you would say. Even if you upset, just taking deep breath before you say something would make more sense to the other, and there would be less risk of upsetting the other or getting worse.

Say if really get mad with your kids, you are really pissed off, and you say something whatever words come up to your mind. Do you think your kids really understand what you say ? And if they don't understand, what would be happened ? They would do exactly same thing what you didn't want.
Just take a deep breath before you say something to your kids would avoid this kind of stupid things.
